Rock Springs annually attracts more than 325 conferences ranging from youth leadership events to professional organization meetings. Rock Springs offers a refreshing atmosphere with a variety of meeting area sizes.
Over-night housing accommodates larger groups seeking modern lodging at a moderate price. Air-conditioned cottages feature private facilities with two bunk sets and one trundle in each room, along with a personal bathroom. Lobby areas welcome guests with comfortable furniture and fireplace, stocked with wood.
Flexible meeting areas can accommodate all of your conference attendees and small groups. Rock Springs' audio and visual equipment - including TV and VCR/DVD carts, digital projectors, marker boards and wireless Internet - assist teams in accomplishing conference goals.
Rock Springs provides a range of dining and food service options, including buffets or family-style meals. Seconds are always encouraged with Rock Springs meals. Snacks, such as homemade cinnamon rolls and freshly baked cookies, can be ordered for break times.
Conference groups may participate in scheduled activities such as the leadership facility low ropes course, hiking in the Flint Hills, trap range, canoeing or swimming. Nature trails and tree walks encourage conference participants to enjoy a quiet, relaxing stroll.
